Driveway Access Permit Application

If you are applying for a new driveway access permit or modifying an existing driveway access, you must complete the Driveway Access Permit Application form. Please download and complete the PDF application form, ensuring that all required information is provided. Once completed, upload the signed PDF to the Driveway Access Permit Application in CloudPermit in a separate application workspace. Submitting a complete application will help minimize processing delays. District staff will review your application and contact you if any additional information is required.

Application Process

STEP 1 – Submit your Application on Cloudpermit

Register an account on Cloudpermit and submit your application. Staff will confirm that the required application materials have been provided and are compliant with District bylaws. Staff will contact the applicant if there are any deficiencies.

The applicant must provide a completed application form (below) and a survey showing the proposed driveway location.

STEP 2 – Approval of Driveway Access Permit

If your application is approved, please download the signed driveway access permit from Cloudpermit for your records.
