Applications related to lands within the Agricultural Land Reserve must be approved by both the District of Lantzville and the Agricultural Land Commission.

Application Process:
STEP 1 – Submit application to the ALC portal.
Submit your application through the ALC Portal Website. The request will be forwarded to the District for review.
STEP 2 – Review by District Staff & Council.
Staff will review the application and make recommendations to Council through a report. Council will then vote to support or deny the proposal.
STEP 3 – Review by Agricultural Land Commission
If the application is supported by Council, it will be received and reviewed by the ALC. The ALC makes the final decision for or against the proposal.
