District of Lantzville - Trails and Journeyways Strategy

At its regular Meeting held Monday, November 8, 2010, Council adopted the District of Lantzville Trails and Journeyways Strategy. This Strategy weaves Lantzville trails and journeyways into a workable network that supports and provides recreational opportunities, and sets priorities for realizing this network. The District's Parks and Trails Select Committee makes recommendations to Council regarding implementation of the recommendations in the Strategy and Council considers those recommendations and make the final decision as to how to proceed.

The District’s A Parks, Trails and Recreation Plan, adopted in March 2008, places a high priority for the Lantzville community on trails and journeyways throughout the community.
