A plumbing declaration is required for any plumbing work that is being done within a development. To confirm if your project requires a plumbing declaration, please review the Building Bylaw or contact the Planning Department at planning@lantzville.ca or 250.933.8093.

Plumbing Declaration Application Process

If the plumbing work is not a part of an issued building permit, please send the filled out plumbing declaration to building@lantzville.ca and indicate the property address in the subject line. If your plumbing declaration is part of an issued building permit, please upload the form to the Cloudpermit workspace.
