The proposed bylaws received first and second reading at the regular Council meeting on July 10, 2024. Public information sessions will be held, and an engagement summary will be reviewed by Council prior to a public hearing.

The District is hosting three public information sessions to provide an opportunity for community members to comment on the proposed Bylaw amendments. Feedback from the sessions will be consolidated into a report for Council to review prior to a public hearing and third reading of the Bylaws. Additional information will be posted on this website shortly, including information that will be displayed at the public information meetings and feedback forms for community members who are unable to attend the sessions in person.

From Tuesday, September 17 to Friday, September 20, feedback forms can be submitted to the District:
Public Information Meeting Feedback Form - Fillable. You can fill out this form online, but you will need to print and submit the form to Municipal Hall via drop off to 7192 Lantzville Road or save and email planning@lantzville.ca. Please include your full name and address in your submission.
