Interested in viewing Candidate's campaign financing disclosure statements? All candidates (whether elected or not), elector organizations and third-party sponsors must file Campaign Financing Disclosure statements with Elections BC by January 13, 2023. After that date, you can view the statements on the Elections BC website.

DISTRICT OF LANTZVILLE ELECTORS VOTE OCTOBER 5, 12 or 15, 2022 or BY MAIL
To elect, for a four-year term:

  • one (1) Mayor,
  • four (4) Councillors, AND,
  • if you live in School District #68, nine (9) School Trustees OR,
  • if you live in School District #69 - Area E (Nanoose Bay & portion of District of Lantzville) one (1) School Trustee

    (This may be adjusted if any office is filled by a Candidate Elected by Acclamation September 19, 2022)

Declaration of Election by Voting will be posted here after 4:00 pm September 20, 2022

All Candidates Forum Information will be posted and updated here as it becomes available, when organizations holding public forums provide information. It is the responsibility of the municipality to conduct the election and, as such, we must retain independence and neutrality. Therefore, we only provide candidate contact and All-Candidates forum information – we do not promote any candidate or provide candidate campaign information. Groups organizing public All Candidate forums can email information to vote@lantzville.ca

VOTING OPPORTUNITIES FOR THE 2022 GENERAL LOCAL ELECTION

Wednesday, October 5, 2022 and Wednesday, October 12, 2022 - ADVANCE VOTING DAYS
8:00 am - 8:00 pm at at Costin Hall, 7232 Lantzville Road
Advance Voting is open to all electors - ballots are counted on October 15th at 8:00 pm

Saturday, October 15, 2022 - GENERAL VOTING DAY
8:00 am - 8:00 pm at Costin Hall, 7232 Lantzville Road

VOTE BY MAIL - Visit the VOTERS page for more information about registering to Vote by Mail. NOTE: Date of ballot availability is subject to printer delivery - currently estimated to be the end of September. Each Elector voting by mail is responsible to ensure that their Mail Ballot is received by the Chief Election Officer before the close of voting at 8:00 pm on Saturday, October 15th.
