The District has received a Rezoning application for 6910 Lantzville Road and 6930 Lantzville Road to facilitate development of a long term care facility.

    Status of the Bylaw:

    February 7, 2024 - The zoning amendment bylaw received 1st and 2nd readings.

    July 10, 2024 – Second readings of the proposed bylaws were rescinded. Second readings were approved for amended versions of the proposed Bylaws.

    Lantzville Open Houses: If you live in Lantzville and are interested in learning more about the exciting new long-term care project in your community, please join Island Health at one of three open houses to hear from the project team and have your questions answered.

    Open houses will take place on the following dates at the Costin Hall, 7232 Lantzville Rd, Lantzville, BC V0R 2H0. Each open house will cover the same content. Everyone is welcome and there is no need to RSVP.

    September 11 – 1:00pm-3:00pm

    September 12 – 9:00am-11:00am

    September 15 – 3:00pm-5:00pm
