Water Connection Permit

If you are applying for a new water service connection or modifying an existing water connection, you must complete the Water Connection Permit Application form. Please download and complete the PDF application form, ensuring that all required information is provided. Once completed, upload the signed PDF to the Water Connection Application in CloudPermit in a separate application workspace. Submitting a complete application will help minimize processing delays. District staff will review your application and contact you if any additional information is required.

Water Connection Fee - $5,912.26
Inspection Fee - $200.00
Meter Fee - Based on size of connection required.

Application Process

STEP 1 – Submit your Application on Cloudpermit

Register an account on Cloudpermit and submit your application. Staff will confirm that the required application materials have been provided and are compliant with District bylaws. Staff will contact the applicant if there are any deficiencies.

The applicant must provide a completed application form (below) and a site servicing plan which shows the proposed connection.

STEP 2 – Approval of Water Connection Permit

If your application is approved, please download the signed water connection permit from Cloudpermit for your records. If your water meter is not installed by the District within 7 days of approval, please contact publicworks@lantzville.ca .
