District of Lantzville - Outdoor Burning Regulations

Outdoor burning is permitted within the District of Lantzville from October 16 – May 14.

However, a Burning Permit is required for the period May 15 to October 15. These permits are available at the District Office free of charge or can be downloaded and brought into the District Office: Burning Permit

In addition, the Lantzville Volunteer Fire Department produces and makes available a number of brochures dealing with outdoor burning, fire safety, etc. These information brochures may be obtained from the Fire Department or the District Office and residents are encouraged to attend to the office or call should you have any questions relating to fire protection.
