District of Lantzville - Council Procedure Bylaw No. 18

Section 124 of the Community Charter requires that the Council must, by bylaw, establish the procedures that are to be followed for the conduct of its business, including the manner by which resolutions may be passed, bylaws adopted, and to establish procedures that are to be followed in conducting meetings of select and standing committees of Council, and any other committee composed of Council members acting in that capacity. In 2004, the District of Lantzville adopted "District of Lantzville Council Procedure Bylaw No. 18-2004", as follows: Council Procedure Bylaw No.18
