The District is developing a new Zoning Bylaw for Lantzville. The Zoning Bylaw regulates the use and development of land and waterfront areas within municipal boundaries. Common regulations include allowable (or permitted) land uses on a property, building setbacks and siting, and minimum parcel sizes for subdivision.

Once finalized and adopted, the new Zoning Bylaw will replace the existing 2005 Zoning Bylaw for Lantzville. The proposed changes will affect every property in Lantzville, so property owners and residents are encouraged to review the draft Zoning Map and Zoning Bylaw below to determine how these changes may affect them.

Council is currently reviewing the New Draft Zoning Bylaw and is considering potential changes.
