PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given, pursuant to the requirements of the Community Charter, that a
Parcel Tax Roll Review Panel will sit in the Council Chamber at Municipal Hall, 7192 Lantzville Road,
Lantzville, BC on Monday, March 26, 2018 at 6:00 pm.

The Panel will review the Parcel Tax Roll prepared for the following parcel taxes. If no complaints are
received the Parcel Tax Roll will be considered to be authenticated.

  • Water Parcel Tax
  • Sewer Phase I, Phase II & Phase II Enlargement Parcel Tax
  • Regional Parks and Trails Parcel Tax

A person who owns a parcel included on the parcel tax roll may request that the roll be amended
respecting a matter referred to in Section 205 (1) [complaints to review panel] of the Community
Charter
, but only in relation to the personís own property, for one or more of the following reasons.

  • There is an error or omission respecting a name or address on the parcel tax roll;
  • There is an error or omission respecting the inclusion of a parcel;
  • An exemption has been improperly allowed or disallowed.

For the Panel to consider a complaint, the complaint must be received in writing, not later than
4:00 pm, Thursday, March 22, 2018 to the attention of:

The Parcel Tax Roll is available for inspection at the Municipal Hall during regular office hours of
8:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.
