DISTRICT OF LANTZVILLE Committee of the Whole Meeting at 6:00 pm Open to the public and livestreamed at 6:00 pm Council Chamber, Municipal Hall, 2nd Floor, 7192 Lantzville Road This meeting may be viewed on the District’s livestream webcast starting at 6:00 pm by clicking . Public attendance is permitted in the Council Chamber at 6:00 pm to watch, hear and provide verbal input during the meeting; however, due to limited seating, the public is encouraged to view the open portion of the meeting via the livestream, and to provide verbal public input on agenda items by registering in advance using the link provided below. Prior to attending Municipal Hall, please self-assess to ensure you are healthy and do not attend if you are ill. Members of the public must remain seated unless invited to address Council. Council agendas are posted by the Friday before the Wednesday Council meeting. Members of the public who wish to provide input regarding agenda items can submit written comments by email to district@lantzville.ca, mail or drop off at Municipal Hall, and MUST be received before 12:00 noon on Wednesday, March 19, 2025, providing your full name, civic address, agenda item number / name, and comment, will become part of the public record, be shared with Council and posted to lantzville.ca. Public input regarding personnel matters, legal action, nominated political candidates, applications for grants in aid or public hearing topics (except during the official public hearing) will not be included or will be severed. You may also provide your public input during the Public Input Period by registering with the ZOOM webinar in advance after the agenda is posted. Please note that you will be automatically muted until it is your turn to speak, your video function will not be enabled, and your name will be visible on the Zoom Webinar screen for Council’s viewing.
