DISTRICT OF LANTZVILLE Special Council Meeting This meeting may be viewed starting at 6:00 pm on the District’s livestream webcast by clicking . Public attendance is permitted in the Council Chamber to watch, hear and provide verbal input during the meeting; however, due to limited seating, the public is encouraged to view the open portion of the meeting via the livestream, and to provide verbal public input on agenda items by registering in advance using the link provided below. Prior to attending Municipal Hall, please self-assess to ensure you are healthy and do not attend if you are ill. Members of the public must remain seated unless invited to address Council. Members of the public who wish to provide input regarding agenda items (EXCLUDING VILLAGE SOUTH) can submit written comments by email to district@lantzville.ca, mail or drop off at Municipal Hall, and MUST be received before 12:00 noon on Wednesday, June 15, 2022, providing your name, address, agenda item number / name, and comment, will become part of the public record, be shared with Council and posted to lantzville.ca. Public input regarding personnel matters, legal action, nominated political candidates, applications for grants in aid or public hearing topics (except during the official public hearing) will not be included or will be severed. You may also provide your public input verbally during agenda item 8. Public Input Period by registering in advance following this Zoom Webinar "link". After registering you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the webinar for this meeting. Please note that you will be automatically muted until it is your turn to speak, your video function will not be enabled, and your name will be visible on the Zoom Webinar screen for Council’s viewing. It is strongly recommended that if you are participating via Zoom that you use headphones in order to eliminate regenerated audio feedback during the meeting.
